Today’s news features Dollhouse. What with it being January and Joss’ new show starting very, very soon (February 13th if you have forgotten). TVAddict has a review of the first episode and Dollhouse is also featured in TV Guide’s Winter Schedule preview. Also in the news today is a preview of Buffy season 8 #21, featuring our other favourite blonde vampire – Harmony.

On the whole a positive but realistic review of the first episode. Or what was the second episode and now the first. On the whole it’s an almost spoiler free review, but if you want to stay completely spoiler free, just avoid reading it altogether!

The latest, reshot pilot still reveals some flaws – the biggest problem with Dollhouse may be what goes on inside the Dollhouse – but the missions, er, engagements are kinda cool, as Echo immerses herself in each new personality. We’re going to give Team Whedon-Dushku some latitude on this one.

Also featured on the preview is Christian Kane’s new show Leverage and Christopher Gorham’s (aka James Stanley in Buffy episode I Only Have Eyes For You) Harper’s Island.
