First on Private Practice they had Felicia Day, then Amy Acker followed by Alexis Denisof. What do all three of these people have in common? Yep, they’ve all been in the Whedonverse. And who’s next? None other than Amber Benson. TV Guide are reporting that she’ll be playing a young woman who in the aftermath of being brutally attacked seeks not just medical care. Her episode is tentatively slated to air mid-March. I’ll keep you updated as to when Amber’s on.

Bryan wrote the role especially for Swoosie, in which she’ll be playing a former society friend of Angela Petrelli (Which I can totally see – Angela’s one of the few remaining good things about Heroes!). The episode will air in April.

There’s nothing really core about the movie in the article, just linking Tom Cruise with Joss now.
